Providing Lighting creative design and technical production services to the Live Event Industry, including technical lighting plots, event documentation as well as technical drawings of venues to be used by external companies when planning events. Lead lighting designer on major projects within venues across the UK as well as other locations across Europe. Dividing and overseeing larger projects and working with designers and projects managers, as well as leading teams in a time sensitive and high-pressure environment. Involved with seeing projects from initial client briefs through development phases and to delivery and running on site, including detailed technical and creative designs and drawings. Responsible for departmental budgets for CAPEX purchasing, maintenance, custom development projects and employee expenses. Accountable for utilization and repair of our warehouse stock as well as creation of preparation and returns procedures. Creating quotations for event options and travelling, nationally and internationally, to attend site visits, networking and building brand identity.
